From the initial brief and meeting we will hold your hand and walk you through the plans for the day itself. Let us take care of the timings and the bookings and confirmations giving you peace of mind to carry on with your business. Everything will be booked in quickly and we know that even if the event is many months away that we are secure in having made the headline arrangements that form the backbone of the event.
We can then concentrate on the details that will make it spectacular secure in the knowledge that suppliers, venues and component parts are locked in.
We will discuss and understand the sort of day you are looking for and the tone and style that we are to create. Obviously this will vary between anniversaries, birthdays, graduations or any other celebration you can imagine. It could even be that we need to change the mood to fit in with what is happening at the time so even though we book every component early the detail and delivery can be tweaked.

Shortly before event day the numbers will be finalised and seating and table plans will be arranged where applicable. We will do all of this as well really taking the strain out of the build up.
Then of course the big day itself arrives and you do not want the stress of any involvement and challenges you simply want to enjoy the build up and converse with your guests and well wishers. And why not?
We will be first to the venue ensuring that they have done what they are meant to do and that delivery and unloading arrangements are facilitated. We will oversee the electrical and other utility needs as well as access to not interrupt the flow of other guests that may be using the facility.
