The running order we are issued at the event briefing is meticulously scrutinized minute by minute to ensure every aspect of all the suppliers fits properly. All of the team is fully aware of their jobs and their roles for each event and both Nicola and Janice are always at hand to discuss any variations when they arise. Decisions need to be made at a moment’s notice but calm is paramount to keep the job running smoothly. It’s a joy to be a part of such a successful enterprise and as tired as we all are at the end of an event – we all get the same warm feeling when the client always says – fantastic, marvelous, exceptional – we could not have managed without you !!”
